Pater: Rolling pumpkin sharks eat party

No, my Avocado Juniors, Pater is not drunk-blogging.  Nor has the maker of Sharknado been filming in Toronto.  Pater would like to take the higher ground and suggest this is your first lesson in the importance of punctuation, notably the comma.  But the reality is, the title of this blog really reflects some of the main things you got up to as the leaves on the trees do that crazy thing that makes autumn so beautiful in Canada.

We hit some really important milestones.  The first was AJ1 reaching the grand old age of five.  Previous blogs have dealt with Pater's concerns about time and where it is disappearing.  Suffice to say, AJ1, Pater has contacted doctors and they are beginning clinical trials shortly to ensure cute little girls stay that way forever.  In the meantime, we hope you enjoyed your birthday celebrations,,.

AJ3 had a couple big events that in earlier times would have resulted in awe and amazement from Mater and Pater and entire blogposts dedicated to his latest development.  TAS (Third Avocado Syndrome) means he's lucky we were even in the room to notice it...  Jokes aside, well done AJ3 on making the leap from milk to solid food.  Now you just need to learn that each mouthful does not require the insertion of your fingers in your mouth...
Admittedly, you've been happier with some foods...
...over others...
But for the most part it has been a success.  Next stop, mastering water...

...and Marmite on toast...
Your other big achievement, AJ3, was turning over.  And unlike previous occasions, Pater was the first to see it.  So take that Mater!!!
That explains "rolling", "eat" and "party".  What about the rest?  Well autumn's not autumn without a trip to the farm and frolicking in the pumpkin patch...
As for "sharks", that one's easy...
Rolling pumpkin sharks eat party.  Makes total sense, when you think about it.
