Pater: Man vs Beast

According to Darwin, Man and Animal descended from the same basic, indistinguishable gene pool and it is only evolutionary factors over millions of years that have allowed Man to separate and take on the mantle of hegemony power. In contrast, the Bible suggests that Man and Animal originated separately at their very beginning, with Man's supremacy intentional and by Divine decree. So which is correct - are we at the top of the food chain by sheer dumb luck and nothing more, or can we insist on inherent primacy that is a priori and on purpose? Since the answer has an impact on how you Avocado Juniors will grow up to treat the animals we share this planet with, it's worth investigating. And what better evidence than the unique month of December.
Winter is a time of darkness, quiet and hibernation for the animal kingdom. If we are all at our core essentially the same, wouldn't it require us humans to do the same? If you Avocado Juniors are anything to go by, the answer is a distinct no!
Not all animals hibernate from the snow and insane windchill, for 6 months. Some have evolved the navigational skills, and wing span, to cross over Trump's border wall (!!!) without a passport. Unfortunately the best us lesser species can manage is Nexus, travel points and way too much luggage...
